Between trips, cherish the moments of anticipation and reflection.

I have had 6 weeks back in the UK after coming back from Europe, the weeks have flown by. Most of my time has been spent at the water course in Nottingham, with a bit of work thrown in for good measure. There was the Peak UK summer sausage sizzle back in July a super fun chilled weekend in the sunshine, with a lot of sausages to eat at the BBQ, Then the 2nd of the Selection events at Boulters, again the sun shone, the results can be found here. It’s nice to see more people turning up to the comps but where are all the ladies? Since then I’ve been to the course training several times a week, I’m off to Canada in a couple of days to paddle on the Ottawa, hoping to make it to Montreal to paddle Lachine so I can’t wait!
