Celebrate the spring equinox with a guided sunrise wild swim
Join us at Alpkit Keswick March 19th for sunrise swim in Derwentwater. Celebrating the spring equinox with like-minded swimmers from all around the area.
Meet at Alpkit Keswick at 6am for a wonderful morning celebrating the start of spring with a relaxed guided swim with Always Swimming Wild.
The swim will be in Derwentwater – just a 10-minute walk from the shop – and you’ll enter the water under a rising sun (hopefully!) The swim is guided, and you will take in views down the Borrowdale Valley and down the Derwentwater shoreline.
All abilities are welcome, and we encourage you to dress as a spring flower and really celebrate the outdoors. Keep in mind that the water will still be cold and if you require a wetsuit, please let us know and we can arrange that for you.
After your swim you will head back to Alpkit Keswick for a warm drink and breakfast pastries. We can chat all things wild swimming and summer swimming plans.
