- Lead the design and development of new products in partnership with factories, using your own technical and design skill set.
- Incorporate insights from user groups and sales teams to ensure customer-focused solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical packages and product data to ensure efficient communication with factories and internal stakeholders.
- Set realistic retail prices for new products, balancing customer appeal (aesthetics, performance, and features) with agreed margin targets.
- Optimise efficiencies by simplifying products, consolidating suppliers/materials, and enhancing sustainability while maintaining functionality.
- Oversee the development of instructions and product packaging to ensure clarity and international accessibility.
- Manage development through tracker meetings and document updates.
- Maintain accountability for milestones within the supply chain and development cycle.
