How it works

1. Order your repair online
2. Make sure your kit is clean and package your repair
3. Include your order number and contact details in the package. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email
4. Include any notes or sketches to help us understand what work you want done
5. Generate your postage label. There's a link to the Royal Mail Returns Portal on your email confirmation
6. Post your repair or arrange a collection
