Shipping to the EU is quick and easy with free shipping on standard orders over €99. All duties and import charges are covered.
Free shipping on standard parcels over €99
We offer free shipping on all standard orders over €99. We will email you once we have despatched your order and you will be able to track it via our tracking portal.

- €8 for standard parcels
- €16 for larger parcels
- €65 for bikes and bulky parcels
Bulky parcels include items such as: wheels, bike frames, sleeping bags, tents, sleeping mats and bouldering mats. Shipping charges are calculated in the checkout once you have completed your shipping details.
How do you ship your orders?
We send orders by a tracked courier service. You will be able to track it via our tracking portal.
How long before I receive my order?
If you order before 2pm GMT your order will be despatched the same day. Shipments to the EU currently take 5-12 working days. Bikes and custom products take a bit longer as we have to build them first... but it will be worth the wait!
Import and customs charges
We cover all duties, import and customs charges on all our orders so the price you see on our site is the price you pay (plus shipping where applicable).
