Enhance your psychological approach to sports performance
Join us at Alpkit Hathersage on the 8th of April for an introductory workshop exploring some of the practical psychology tools and techniques for sports performance. Led by Mental Game coach Adam Evans.
Come along and learn some useful techniques and approaches as a first step into an important field.
Adam will be sharing a few research backed mental game tools and their effect on sports performance, including psychological skills to help you deal with nerves and anxiety and improve confidence to go further, faster and higher.
There will be photos, inspiring anecdotes mixed with techniques and research about psychological approaches to help improve general performance and enhance tactical approaches.
This is an interactive introductory workshop, so you’re free to take notes and ask questions.
The evening will run from 6:30 to 8:00pm.
