Intermediate skill session - improve your fell running
Join us at Alpkit Keswick on August 21st for a session on fell running skills and goal setting, led by Lauren from LMB Coaching as part of our Keswick School of Adventure Weekend.
As part of the Alpkit Keswick SofA weekend we are working with Lauren at LMB coaching who has carried her passion for the outdoors into her working career.

Join her for a session of upping your fell and trail running skills. This session is an intermediate one with the run being around 7-8 miles with lots of stop and starting to learn new skills.

All your own running gear including trainers, clothing and pack
Warm layers. Even on a hot day
Plenty of food and water
Sun cream, a hat and plenty of water
These are skills courses so there will be some degree of pausing to learn. There will be some snacks and drinks at Alpkit Keswick for when you’re finished.
The session will start at 2:00pm on August 21st and will last for approximately 3 hours.
